Dreamfarm names each tool after the job rather than the object, so the name tells you nothing until somebody explains it. Why the names are like that

Most kitchen tools are named for what they are. A peeler peels, a grater grates, and you can buy one without asking anybody. Dreamfarm names things for the fix instead, usually by welding two words together: garlic and eject, click and tongs, scoop and strain. It reads as a gimmick until you have used one, at which point the name turns out to be a literal description of the one thing the tool does differently. Fluicer	A citrus juicer that takes up half a drawer. Squeezes, then folds completely flat.
Flapple	Coring an apple and then cutting it into pieces that match. Slices eight equal pieces, folds flat to store.
Eggler	Peeling hard boiled eggs and losing half the white. Peels them, with an egg slicer built in.
Lestrain	A wet strainer dripping across the bench. Catches its own drips and sits up off the counter.
Ograte	One grater used for everything, badly. Two sides: circular on one, up and down on the other.
Mini Supoon	The last of the jam a teaspoon cannot reach. A silicone teaspoon that scrapes jars out.

The four worth explaining properly

The Garject Lite is the one people ask about, and it answers two separate irritations at once. It presses unpeeled garlic, so the skin stays in the chamber and the clove goes through, and it scrapes itself clean, so the sieve is not left full of paste to pick out with a skewer. Clongs are 9 inch tongs that open or lock closed at the click of a button, which sounds small and is not. A locked pair goes into a drawer flat instead of springing open against everything else in there, and the click is done with the hand already holding them.

The Ortwo Lite is a spice mill you can grind with one hand or two. That is the whole pitch, and it is a good one, because the moment you want pepper is usually the moment your other hand is on a pan handle. It is $49.95.

The Fluicer is an easy squeeze citrus juicer that folds completely flat, which is a storage answer rather than a juicing one. Most juicers claim a whole drawer for something used twice a week. This one lies down, and so does the Flapple, which slices an apple into eight even pieces.
