How far ahead should I order for Perth?

Earlier than you would for a gift staying in your own state. No date can be guaranteed once a parcel is with Australia Post, so treat the tracking number as your source of truth and build in slack, particularly in December and around Easter.

Do you deliver to regional Western Australia?

Yes, anywhere Australia Post delivers. The South West, the Wheatbelt, the Goldfields, the Kimberley and the Pilbara are all fine, and tracking applies to regional parcels exactly as it does to metro ones.
