How the delivery works

There is one timing rule and we keep it simple: an order placed before 12pm on a weekday is dispatched the same day, and an order placed after midday leaves the next business day. From dispatch, your hamper travels as a tracked Australia Post parcel the whole way to Noosa, and the tracking number is your window on the trip. We do not put a number on transit days to Queensland, because that number would be a guess; the tracking is real, so that is what we give you.
