Six postcodes under one council, and Noosa under another
The Sunshine Coast Region was put together in March 2008 out of the City of Caloundra and the Shires of Maroochy and Noosa, and its council seat sits at Maroochydore. Noosa was re-established as a shire of its own on 1 January 2014, after a de-amalgamation vote the previous March, so an address at that end is not under the same council even though everyone says Sunshine Coast. The numbers to get right are 4551 at Caloundra, 4557 at Mooloolaba, 4558 at Maroochydore, 4575 at Birtinya, 4556 across both Buderim and Sippy Downs, and 4560 at Nambour in the hinterland.
Two of those names share the one number, so put the locality on its own line and let it do the sorting rather than the postcode.
Shift work, semesters and a coast that keeps odd hours

Birtinya holds Sunshine Coast University Hospital, a tertiary teaching hospital, where the department name gets a parcel further than the name of someone who may be rostered off.
