Every hamper starts at our packing bench in Geelong, Victoria, where the team builds each box by hand, ties the gold ribbon and tucks a free personalised gift card underneath with your message. For the run into North Queensland, most boxes travel inside an insulated shipper, and every single parcel goes with Australia Post fully tracked. We think tracking beats promises on a journey this long: instead of a transit estimate we cannot stand behind, you get a number that shows you exactly where the box is between our bench and the recipient's door.

Dispatch: the one deadline that is ours

Order before 12pm on a weekday and your hamper leaves the same day. After midday, it is dispatched the next business day. That deadline never moves, and it is the only timing commitment on this page, because it is the only one we can honour personally.

Inside the box

The hampers are stocked with food that disappears quickly in a household: Chocolatier Belgian chocolate truffles, Kangaroo Island Produce Co honey popcorn, Kangaroo Island olives and Valley Produce Company mini artisan crackers form the backbone, with Scottie Dog shortbread fingers, Hunter's Gourmet black truffle potato chips, Chocolatier caramelised cashew brittle and Buttermilk caramel sea salt fudge rotating through particular boxes. If the occasion wants a bottle, the champagne hampers carry G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge, Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut or Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, and the wine options include Château Tanunda Grand Barossa Shiraz and Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc. If it does not, the alcohol-free hampers put the same food in the same gold-ribboned box.

The cost side, and the rest of Queensland

Shipping is free for any hamper over $100. Below $100 a charge applies, and it is applied per hamper, because every box is packed and posted as its own parcel; two small boxes are two parcels.
