How long should the message on the card be?

Home address or work address?

Is it too late to send a thank you gift?

Should the message come from me or from all of us?

Sign from whoever will be remembered doing the thanking. "From the whole team" is fine when the whole team genuinely contributed, but a named sender is warmer and gives the recipient someone to reply to.
