Christmas Hampers, Delivered Australia-Wide
What is a Christmas hamper? A Christmas hamper is a gift box of festive food and drink — Belgian chocolate truffles, shortbread, artisan crackers, olives, and often champagne or wine — hand-packed in a ribboned box and delivered to your recipient. Ours ship tracked Australia-wide, with same-day dispatch on weekday orders placed before 12pm.
A Christmas list gets easier when you sort it by who the box is opened with rather than by price. Some of these hampers are shared ones, opened on the day and picked at by six people. Some are treat boxes for one person you will not see before Christmas, posted early in December so it lands while it still counts. Order by 12pm on a weekday and yours is dispatched that day, tracked Australia-wide with Australia Post.
Every hamper carries a free personalised gift card, slipped under the gold ribbon so your message is the first thing read. Choose champagne, wine, or a box with no alcohol at all.
Start with who it is for
A hamper for parents or in-laws is usually communal. It gets opened before lunch and grazed on all afternoon, so mini artisan crackers, olives, a tapenade and a fig and almond pyramid earn their place better than one showy item. A hamper going to a single person, a sibling living alone or a friend who moved interstate, works better as a treat box: Scottie Dog Shortbread fingers, honey popcorn, fruit jellies, the things people rarely buy for themselves.
For neighbours, teachers, tradespeople and the ones who quietly made your year work, a smaller box with a personalised card says it without being awkward. And for anyone you will not see before the day, the hamper is standing in for the visit, so spend the effort on what goes on the card.
What is actually inside
The names that recur across the Christmas range are Kangaroo Island Produce Co honey popcorn, Chocolatier Belgian chocolate truffles, Valley Produce Company mini artisan crackers and its fig and almond fruit pyramid, Kangaroo Island olives and Scottie Dog Shortbread. Depending on the box you may also find Chocolatier caramelised cashew brittle, Hunter's Gourmet black truffle potato chips, Buttermilk caramel sea salt fudge, Pimlico fruit jellies, Mr Filbert's nuts or Borgo de Medici macarons.
It all arrives in a premium hamper box finished with a gold ribbon, and most hampers travel inside an insulated shipper, which matters when chocolate is crossing the country in late December.
The card does more work than the box
The free personalised gift card sits under the ribbon rather than on the outside, so it is read once the lid is off. For people you will see on the day, a line is plenty. For the ones you will not see, write the thing you would have said in person, because the card is the only part of the gift that belongs to them alone. Use their name in it, especially if a household is receiving several parcels that week.
Champagne, wine, or none at all
The alcohol hampers use bottles named. G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge, Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut and Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label sit in the champagne hampers, while Château Tanunda Grand Barossa Shiraz, Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc and Bay of Stones Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc run through the food and wine hampers. When you do not know the household, or the recipient is pregnant or does not drink, the alcohol-free hampers carry the same food without the guesswork. Workplace lists are a separate job again, and the corporate gifting range is set up for volume.
Getting December right
Two dates decide a Christmas hamper: the day the recipient's workplace shuts for the year, and Australia Post's own Christmas cut-off, which moves every year and is published in November. We dispatch same day on weekday orders placed before 12pm, but the transit leg is not ours to promise, so we do not quote it. The practical approach is to send the interstate and rural boxes first, then work back to the ones staying close to home. Full delivery and shipping information is worth two minutes before you order.
Christmas hamper questions
When should I order Christmas hampers?
Earlier than feels necessary. Late November and the first fortnight of December are the calm window; after that both Australia Post and every recipient's calendar tighten up. Ordering early costs nothing, because everything in the hampers is shelf-stable and keeps until the day.
Do all the Christmas hampers include alcohol?
No. The range splits three ways: champagne, wine, and no alcohol at all. The alcohol-free boxes are not stripped-back versions, they carry the same chocolate, crackers, olives and shortbread as the rest.
Should I buy one big hamper or several small ones?
For a household that opens gifts together, one larger hamper reads better and feeds more people. For a list of individuals, separate hampers land properly because each one arrives named and addressed. useful to know on cost: hampers are packed and posted separately, so each is assessed for shipping on its own rather than pooling toward one total.
