Corporate Christmas Hampers: The 2026 Guide for Australian Businesses
By Sarah Lewis, Corporate Sales Manager at The Gourmet Pantry.
Corporate Christmas hampers are gourmet gifts a business buys in volume for its staff, clients and partners, then sends to one address or hundreds of them. Which way you order depends on one number. Under 5 hampers, you order online. From 5, you use the bulk order form. Fully custom hampers, built to your own brief, start at 50.

This guide runs through the job in the order it happens: choosing the route, getting your logo onto every gift card, sending hampers to a list of home addresses, the invoice, the tax question, and when to brief us. We have hand-packed hampers in Geelong since 2019, and the corporate season takes the same shape every year. Businesses that brief early get first pick of the range. The ones that call late choose from what is left.
One thing to know before any of it: corporate orders here run through a person rather than a portal. Sarah, Michele, Bianca, Vicki and Jack each look after their own businesses, so the specialist who quotes your order in September is the one who knows your logo file in December, and quotes usually come back within one business day.
The three ordering routes, and the thresholds that decide
The thresholds below are published rather than negotiated on a call, and the headline is short: no minimum, order one hamper or a thousand. The number of recipients picks the route, not the size of your business.
| How many hampers | The route | What that looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Under 5 | Order online | Use the ship-to-multiple-addresses option at checkout and send each hamper to its own recipient in one transaction. |
| 5 or more | Bulk order form | One spreadsheet, one order, one invoice. Your account manager confirms the line-up and pricing, usually within one business day. |
| 50 or more | Fully custom hampers | Hampers built to your brief rather than chosen from the range. Quote and lead time apply. |
Under 5 hampers: order online
Four thank-you gifts for referral partners do not need a spreadsheet or a quote. Order from the Christmas hampers for business range and choose the ship-to-multiple-addresses option at checkout, with a different gift message on each one. Every hamper over $100 ships free, and that includes hampers travelling alone to their own address.
5 or more: the bulk order form
This is the route most corporate Christmas orders take. Download the spreadsheet from corporate gifting at The Gourmet Pantry, fill in one row per recipient, send it back, and your account manager turns it into a single order with a single invoice, however many doors it reaches.
It is worth knowing what the form asks for before you start chasing your team for addresses. Per recipient: the hamper, recipient name and company, two address lines, suburb, state, postcode, a mobile number, delivery instructions, and a gift message split into three lines of its own, To, Message and From. The name and address fields cap at 40 characters each, so long legal entity names need shortening before they go in. Two order-level choices then cover the rest: whether your logo prints on the gift cards, and your preferred dispatch week.
50 or more: hampers built to your brief
Above 50 recipients, the range stops being the limit. Custom hampers are put together to your specification rather than picked off the shelf, which is where fully custom gift card prints, branded ribbons and branded boxes come in as well. Those carry a quote and a lead time, so this is the route that most rewards an early conversation.
Your logo on every gift card, at no extra cost
Every hamper we ship carries a personalised gift card under the bow, and your company logo prints on it in full colour at no extra cost. That is the part most buyers assume will be an upsell. A handful of premium card designs do carry a small charge, so ask your account manager which design you are getting, but the logo itself is free on all of them.
Two more things ride along with the card and cost nothing. You can supply your own branded items or printed material and we pack them inside each hamper. And you can record a video greeting that recipients reach through a QR code on the card, which is the closest thing to shaking 200 hands in one afternoon.
Sending 200 hampers to 200 doors
Multi-address dispatch is the reason the spreadsheet exists. Give us the list and each hamper goes to its own door, office or home, anywhere in Australia, each with its own gift message and its own tracking. If your teams are spread across states, you can consolidate instead: pallets to head office, cartons to each branch. Freight on consolidated shipments is quoted by your account manager, and standard delivery stays free on every hamper over $100.
Three practical notes from the packing bench. Set authority to leave if your recipients work from home, otherwise a missed delivery means a trip to the local post office. Check addresses before they go in the spreadsheet rather than after, because people move and nobody tells the gifting coordinator. And avoid hospital deliveries: wards move patients and parcels go astray, so send to a home address or to a family member who can hand it over.
Timing: brief early, dispatch late
Standard orders paid before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are packed and shipped the same day. Large bulk orders and peak periods, Christmas included, can take up to 48 hours to dispatch. Christmas is our busiest season and the popular hampers do sell out, which is the real argument for booking early rather than any delivery deadline.
Briefing early does not mean your hampers land in October. Ask for a preferred dispatch week on the bulk order form and we hold the order until the week you want it to arrive. You lock in the range and the pricing now, and the boxes move later.
Early Bird Special, order before 19 November: A FREE bottle of G.H.Mumm Champagne for every $1,000 of hampers ordered. PLUS 10% off orders of 10+ hampers.
One invoice, and a budget per head
However many addresses an order reaches, it bills as one batch invoice, which is what makes 200 recipients survivable for accounts payable. Businesses that order through the year can apply for a credit account and fold gifting into their normal payment run, rather than putting a five-figure order on somebody's corporate card.
On budget, the Christmas corporate range runs from $59.95 to $299.95, so the useful question is not what a hamper costs but what you want to spend per person. Your account manager can tier a single list: a heavier hamper for the key ten hampers for clients and customers, a well-chosen middle option for the wider book, all on the same invoice. If choosing for everyone is the hard part, virtual gift vouchers at the value of your choice let recipients pick their own.
Gifts and tax, briefly
A hamper sent for someone to open in their own time is a gift, not entertainment, and that holds even with wine inside. Food and drink you host and share is entertainment, which gets neither a deduction nor a GST credit. Staff gifts under $300 each including GST and delivery, given infrequently, can fall under the FBT minor benefits exemption, and it is all or nothing at that $300 line. Client gifts have no $300 cap and no FBT. The full explanation sits in the tax section on corporate gifting at The Gourmet Pantry.
General information only, current at July 2026. We sell hampers, we are not registered tax agents, and none of this takes account of your circumstances. Please check your own position with your accountant or a registered tax agent before you order.

Which hampers businesses choose
Three picks that cover most corporate lists, and why each one earns its place.
- Mumm Sparkling & Gourmet Finest Hamper, $139.95. One of our most popular corporate hampers. Mumm Marlborough Prestige Brut alongside Kangaroo Island Mediterranean olives and the rest of the Gourmet Finest selection, which is why it reads as generous without tipping into extravagant.
- Gourmet Bites Hamper, $59.95. The volume workhorse for large staff lists. Alcohol free, so it goes to everyone on the list without a separate conversation.
- Ultimate Gourmet Hamper with G.H.Mumm Champagne & Château Tanunda Grand Barossa Shiraz, $299.95. The top of the range, for the handful of relationships that carried the year.
Workplace policy, faith and personal choice all make alcohol-free hampers a staple rather than an afterthought, and dietary options sit beside them: the Vegan Gourmet Hamper and the Gluten Free Gourmet Hamper both run at $114.95. Tell your account manager about your recipients and the range gets matched to them. For gifts going to homes rather than offices, our full Christmas hampers range is worth a look too, and hampers for staff covers the team side in more detail.
Apple, Microsoft, Telstra, Woolworths and Toyota are among the Australian businesses that gift with us, which is a useful sanity check when you are the person signing off the order.
Whichever hamper you land on, the gift card is what recipients read first, so the three message lines deserve more thought than the hamper does. "Thank you for a year of hard work, from everyone in the leadership team" lands better than "Season's Greetings", and it costs nothing to write.
Questions we get asked every November
Is there a minimum order for corporate Christmas hampers?
No minimum: order one hamper or a thousand. The bulk order form suits orders of 5 or more, and fully custom hampers built to your own brief start at 50. Anything in between, your account manager will quote. Under 5 hampers, you can simply order online and use the ship-to-multiple-addresses option at checkout.
Can you deliver corporate hampers to lots of different addresses?
Yes. Put every recipient, address and gift message into the bulk order form and each hamper is dispatched to its own door, office or home, anywhere in Australia, with its own tracking. You can also consolidate into bulk shipments to one or more addresses. Standard delivery is free on every hamper over $100, including hampers shipped individually.
Do we get one invoice for a bulk hamper order?
Yes. One batch invoice covers the whole order, however many addresses it ships to, so accounts payable handles a single document instead of 200. Regular orderers can ask their account manager about a credit account, which puts gifting through your normal payment cycle rather than a card at checkout.
How far in advance should we order corporate Christmas hampers?
Earlier than feels necessary. Standard orders paid before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are packed and shipped the same day, but large bulk orders and peak periods can take up to 48 hours. Popular hampers sell out through December. Brief us early, nominate a preferred dispatch week, and the order waits until you want it to land.
