1. Maya Kaimal Chicken Tikka Masala
This widely loved North Indian curry is a rich blend of tomato and warming garam masala spices like cumin, cinnamon, and clove. These mild fragrant spices are simmered with chicken for a traditional curry that is sure to be loved by the whole family.

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
750g boneless, skinless Chicken, cut into 2.5cm cubes.
1 jar of Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala
¼ cup Coriander leaves
Method
In a medium-sized covered frypan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and brown lightly on all sides.
Add the Tikka Masala sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat or until chicken is cooked through. If sauce becomes too thick, add a little water to thin.
Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice, cauliflower florets, Indian naan or other flatbread.
2. Gordon Rhodes No Hurry Chicken Curry
Gordon Rhodes’ No Hurry Chicken Curry Sauce Mix is packed full of aromatic herbs and authentic spices and will take your mum on a curry adventure!

1 packet of GR Gourmet No Hurry Chicken Curry Sauce Mix
450g Chicken Breast or Thighs, diced.
450g Sweet Potatoes, peeled and chopped.
2 Red Capsicum chopped or use carrots or beans.
400g Tin Diced Tomatoes
200ml Water
175g Fresh Spinach, chopped
Method
Heat a teaspoon of cooking oil in a pan, add the onions and diced chicken and fry for 5 mins until browned.
Add capsicum, sweet potato and tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Mix the Curry Sauce sachet with 400ml of water, add to the pan and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add spinach, stir through, and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
3. Tiberino Italian Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms
This risotto is a wonderful rice with lots of flavour and can be easily cooked in minutes and does not require any additional ingredients. It’s also 100% natural! Simply cook in the pan for a delicious and easy gourmet meal that does not even need you to strain the water! It doesn’t get easier than that!

1 Packet of Tiberino One Pot Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
750ml Water
Method
Place 750ml of water in non-stick frypan or saucepan.
Add 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Bring to boil.
Add the contents of the Tiberino Pack and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed (about 18 minutes)
Serve and season as required. Garnish with flat Italian parsley or rosemary, sautéed mushrooms and parmesan cheese.
4. Kangaroo Island Olives, Basil and Tomato Pizza

1 Kangaroo Island Olives Kalamata Olives 185g
1 Bunch of Basil
1 La Russolillo Italian Tomato Passata 330g
2 Truss Tomatoes
1 ball of fresh Mozzarella
Method
Brush a layer of the Italian Passata over the Pizza base
Thinly slice the Tomato and evenly spread over base.
Thinly slice the fresh Mozzarella and spread slices over pizza base.
Squeeze the Kangaroo Island Olives until pip comes out and then spread olives over pizza.
Cook the pizza in the oven at (245C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pick the Basil from the bunch and sprinkle over pizza and serve.
