Sending fabulous Gourmet Hampers and Gift Baskets is our favourite thing and we love helping our customers deliver important messages and gifts to family, friends, staff and customers throughout the year. And while hampers are our thing, we know that our customers will have questions from time to time. We’ve compiled a list of our most frequent questions all in one place.

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver Australia wide! 

How much is it to deliver a hamper? 

We offer free Australian delivery on all hampers over $80. Hampers under $80 are charged at Australian Post Rates. Orders over $80 receive free delivery. Orders under $80 are charged at Australia Post Rates.  

Can I place multiple orders to different delivery addresses? 

You sure can. Simply add the hampers you wish to gift to your cart. At the checkout select ‘multiple addresses’ located under Shipping Method and add the delivery details for each hamper.  

Do you offer same day delivery? 

Unfortunately, The Gourmet Pantry are unable to provide same day delivery. We do list Australia Post's latest ETA timeframes for each State on all of our hamper product pages.   

Where are you located? 

We are based in Torquay on the stunning Surf Coast in Victoria. Southwest of Melbourne and on the east end of the Great Ocean Road coastal drive.  

Do you offer click and collect? 

Yes, we offer free Click & Collect from our facility in Torquay, VIC. We'll send you an email once we've picked and packed your order and it's ready to pick up! Let us know what day and roughly what time you'd like to pick up your order using the Delivery Instructions field, and we'll have it ready for you to pick up from 2 Sawmills Way, Torquay. Are you only online? 

The Gourmet Pantry was founded by Australian foodies to help bridge the gap between gourmet food distributors and the people who enjoy their products.  We are exclusively online to keep the prices of our products low, and so we can supply Australia's best food brands to customers wide across the nation! 

How do I place an order?

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Afterpay, zipPay, Direct Deposit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express 

Can I swap or add items to a hamper? 

Our range of hampers have been developed to ensure all products are protected while in transit and arrive looking as fabulous as when they leave our warehouse. We are unable to make changes to our premium hamper range. 

Can I make changes to my order once placed? 

We can only make a change to your order if it has not been dispatched.  

My order arrived damaged or is incorrect. What can I do?  

We are proud of the quality and presentation of our products and do everything we can to ensure that every recipient is happy with their products. In the event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 936 406 or info@thegourmetpantry.com.au. We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue. Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original card or PayPal account used.

Can you delivery after hours or on the weekend? 

We use Australia Post and Express Post for our deliveries and they delivery Monday to Friday during business hours. 

Can I place an order when I am outside Australia? 

You sure can, you can order from anywhere in the world for delivery Australia-wide 

Can I include a gift card or message with my order? 

You can and it is included with your hamper! You can choose the card that best suits the occasion from our range and add your own personalised message which we will print on the card for you! You can even take your greeting message to the next level with a personalised video message. Create a one-of-a-kind card by adding your personalised video to one of our free gift cards adding that personalised touch. All your recipient needs to do is scan the QR code we will print on your free greeting card to view a recorded greeting from you straight to their phone! 

Do you have a corporate hamper range? 

We sure do!
