Sepoy's Regimental Chicken with West Bengal Rifles Mango Chutney

West Bengal Rifles Mango Chutney

Ingredients:

- 6 chicken thigh fillets
- The Sepoy‘s Kasundi Sauce
- West Bengal Rifles Mango Chutney

Method:

1 - Preheat oven to 180°C.  Place chicken into a bowl and stir through enough of The Sepoy‘s Kasundi Sauce to coat the chicken.  Leave for 10 minutes.
 
2 - Place chicken onto oven tray (line with baking paper if preferred).  Cook for half an hour and then check to see if chicken is cooked through.
 
3 - Serve onto a bed of rice with West Bangal Rifles Mango Chutney
