 
        Sweet and smokey chicken wings with spring onions and lime

Sticky, glossy, and impossibly savoury - these chicken wings are exactly what we want when the craving hits. The smokey honey marinade creates a glaze that clings beautifully to the meat. No barbecue necessary (though if it's summer and you'd like to fire yours up, don’t let us stop you!).
Method
- 
	Preheat the oven to 200C. 
- 
	Add the chicken to a large parchment lined tray along with the smokey honey marinade, 75ml of water and ¾ teaspoon of salt. Mix well, making sure the wings are in a single layer, and roast for 45 minutes until slightly charred and the sauce has thickened. 
- 
	Scatter over the spring onions and serve with a squeeze of lime.
